As a partner in a larger training practice, Dr. Jenkins took the initiative to develop a weekly Family Planning clinic and became a Family Planning trainer, sharing her knowledge with fellow practitioners. Her commitment to advancing skills and knowledge in this domain is reflected in her collaboration with the local sexual health clinic, where she held roles as a Family Planning trainer.Dr. Jenkins, known in Milton Keynes as an expert in her field, went beyond the routine by securing a bid with her practice to establish a community gynae clinic. This venture saw her working alongside a local consultant, elevating her skills and pushing the boundaries of her expertise. Throughout her career, Dr. Jenkins has been driven by three key components: General Practice, Women's Health, and Teaching/Training. Currently, as a salaried GP focusing on menopause and women's health one day a week, Dr. Jenkins also serves as the contraception lead for Milton Keynes and Bedford Sexual Health services.
